Consolidating multiple email accounts

Changing the behavior back to the way it was in previous versions of Outlook is quite easy to do by changing the delivery location for the POP3 account to another Personal Folder set (pst-file) or Exchange mailbox. You may want to combine the Outlook Inbox of different accounts, into a single file, if you want to arrange the email accounts in your Outlook.- No, Not add Aliases to existing accounts while closing the old account. Calculate the average either as an arithmetic average or as a best estimate, and specify the result for each business unit.Outlook 2007 also already had this option, but was not used by default. In some cases, this new behavior is not desired, for instance when you want to deliver your POP3 messages to an Exchange account or simply when you want to monitor all your POP3 accounts from a single mailbox in Outlook.

If data for a business unit is in another database, you must export the data to a file before you can include it in the consolidation.
